Send a complete copyright request through our contact form. We will review it and take appropriate action where required.
When to use this page
Use this process if you are the copyright owner, or authorised to act for the owner, and believe material on the Stinger website uses protected work without permission. This process is not for product quality complaints, order questions, or trademark enquiries.
What to include in your request
To help us review a request efficiently, include all of the following:
- Your full name, organisation if applicable, email address, and a phone number.
- A description of the original work you believe is protected and information that identifies it clearly.
- The exact webpage URL or URLs where the disputed material appears.
- A short explanation of why you believe the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your electronic signature, which can be your full legal name typed at the end of the request.
How to submit a request
Use the Contact Us form and use the subject “Copyright Request”. Attachments cannot be sent through the form, so include links to relevant files where necessary. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for the request.
What happens next
We will review the information provided and may ask for clarification. Where appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to the material while the matter is reviewed. We may also notify the party responsible for the material and provide a suitable opportunity to respond where applicable.
Good-faith requests
Please submit requests in good faith. Knowingly false, misleading, or incomplete claims may create legal consequences. Nothing on this page prevents Stinger from responding to requests under applicable copyright law or from seeking additional information before taking action.
